The thought process behind development of the thermostat was that homeowners rarely keep to the same schedule. Some days there’s hockey practice, others you are just home to change clothes and head back out the door to entertain clients and other days you curl up on the couch to catch a newly released movie. Lyric syncs up with your smart phone and adjusts the temperature & humidity based on how far away you are from home. If you prefer to control the system remotely on your own, that’s an option too. Motion sensing lights turn on when you approach the thermostat.

The fan turns on when you enter a room and shuts off when you leave. It also keeps track of the room temperature and humidly and will self-adjust as temperature rises and will slow down as the room temperature lowers. If you want manual control of the fan, you may do so with your smart phone. The fan remembers your preferences and will revert to them in the future.

Schlage Sense– When it’s freezing out, there are few scenarios more irritating than approaching your front door and scrambling to find your keys in the black hole known as your purse. The Schlage Sense is a Bluetooth facilitated lock that works in conjunction with Apple’s HomeKit and the locks are controlled with an app that can be utilized on an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. Another perk of this lock is that it can also be manipulated with Siri voice instructions.
